About CRDN of Denver
We don't subcontract. We don't outsource. We do the work.
When homeowners walk through our doors, their attitude shifts. The scale of what we built makes the difference. Here's who we are, what we do, and why it matters.
Built for restoration, not just for show
CRDN of Denver & Northern Colorado is part of the Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network, the largest contents restoration network in the world with over 150 locations. Our local franchise serves the Denver metro and surrounding regions with specialized restoration for textiles, electronics, art, and content.
Owner Brad Johnson has spent years building this operation around a simple principle: do the work yourself. Every other restoration company in this region subcontracts the actual restoration. Pack-out goes to one company. Textile cleaning goes to another. Electronics get shipped somewhere else. Art ends up with a third party. Communication breaks down. Items get lost. Customers wait.
We do it differently. Every textile, electronic, piece of art, and item of content that comes through our doors is restored by our team in our facility. That's the entire model.

Brad Johnson

Brad has spent his career in the contents restoration industry. He built CRDN of Denver around the principle of doing the work in-house and bringing scale to a regional market.
Andrea Johnson
Operations & Sales Lead
Andrea runs the day-to-day operations and oversees client relationships across the company. She's the connection between the field, the facility, and the customer.
Raphael
Operations Manager
Raphael coordinates the operations team across pack-out, processing, and delivery. He's the person making sure every job stays on track from intake to return.
Local ownership. National backing.
We're locally owned and operated, but we're part of the largest contents restoration network in the world. That gives us access to corporate-grade training, industry-leading equipment standards, and a national support network for catastrophic events. When you choose CRDN of Denver, you get a local team with a global toolset.
