Why homeowners choose CRDN of Denver

The difference is in the details

Most restoration companies subcontract the actual work. We don't. Every item we restore is handled by our team, in our facility, using equipment most of the industry doesn't have.

Decades of expertise

IICRC-trained technicians

Our technicians are trained in IICRC standards and CRDN's proprietary restoration methods. Every team member understands the science behind getting your belongings back to pre-loss condition.

Scale that works for you

A facility built for restoration

Our Denver warehouse handles everything from a single damaged dresser to thousands of items from a major loss. When you tour our space, you understand the difference. There's no garage operation here.

100% in-house. Always.

We don't subcontract anything

Most restoration companies hand your belongings to whoever's available. Every textile, every electronic, every piece of art that comes through our doors is restored by our team using our equipment. No exceptions.

How it works

From the moment of loss to back in your home

Restoration is a process. We've been doing it for years. Here's exactly what happens once we're on the case.

  1. 1

    First contact

    Within 1 hour

Once we're notified, our team reaches out to you or your adjuster within 60 minutes. We confirm scope, timeline, and answer initial questions.

  2. 2

    On-site assessment

We visit your property to evaluate damage, photograph items, and identify what needs to come to our facility versus what can be treated on-site.

  3. 3

    Pack-out & transport

Our team packs your items using chain-of-custody protocols, transports everything to our Denver facility, and gives you 24-hour emergency clothing access if needed.

  4. 4

    Restoration

Items are sorted by category and processed by specialized teams. Textiles, electronics, art, and content each follow a different protocol. You can tour the facility at any point.

  5. 5

    Quality check & return

Every restored item passes our QC inspection. We return items to your home and reinstall textiles, hang drapes, and unpack as much or as little as you'd like.

Most jobs are completed in 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope and contamination level. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the assessment.
